You can use the artwork for your practitioners to use with your one to one clients. Share with colleagues. You can use it with as many clients as you have. The resource may be used with an unlimited number of clients, as long as they are the direct clients of the purchaser.

Thank you for choosing to access and use the artwork created by Andrea White. I created this work with love, passion and creativity. I want the world to experience my love for all things cyclical. and ask you to respect my work as an artist who relies on this work as an income.
1. Intro
This Copyright License Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which you ("Licensee" or "You") are granted a license to use the artwork provided by Andrea White or Ova the Moon (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor" or "Artist"). By downloading and using our artwork, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Policy.
2. License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, display, and use the artwork, subject to the limitations and conditions specified in this Policy.
3. Permitted Uses

4. Prohibited Uses

Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or other identifying information on the artwork.

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the artwork beyond what is explicitly permitted in this Policy.
5. Copyright and Ownership

The artwork remains the intellectual property of the Artist, and all copyright and intellectual property rights in and to the artwork are retained by the Artist.
6. Social Media Policy

If Licensee shares the artwork on social media or any other public platform, Licensee agrees to provide proper attribution to the Artist by mentioning the Artist's name and, if applicable, a link to the Artist's website or social media profiles.

7. Termination

This license is revocable by the Artist at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease using and delete all copies of the artwork. My Artwork is monitored by Pixsy for non compliance with this policy.
8. Disclaimers

The artwork is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
